Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

I make this all the time.......I cut my rhubarb, and freeze it....and then when I need jam I make it....I do add a little cinnamon to this...I have given as gifts at Christmas....

I have made this for several years now....I always litely rinse the salt off....enough of the taste goes into the fish....I make a big batch ...we eat some at Thanksgiving, and then freeze some for Christmas

Fantastic Pumpkin Bars

These are very dense, and wonderful. They freeze well. I made in two 9x9 pans and froze one. We did not frost them, just sprinkled powder sugar on prior to serving them....

Zucchini Pie III

Pineapple Banana Bread

This was very moist banana bread. I put in 4 ripe bananas. Made just the two loaves this time, however at Christmas I use small loaf pans for banana bread for gifts. I will use this recipe this year. Really good.

Zucchini Cobbler

I have had alot of zucchini recipes but this one is the best ever....served it to friends and no one..I mean no one including my husband knew it was zucchini..same texture as apples, same flavor...this is the best cobbler I have ever had....WONDERFUL
