I love to cook for my husband and friends. I have a cookbook collection and love to read everyone. My passion is to make something different for dinner each nite. I loved to cook for my two boys and now their children.

I have made this for several years now....I always litely rinse the salt off....enough of the taste goes into the fish....I make a big batch ...we eat some at Thanksgiving, and then freeze some for Christmas

Fantastic Pumpkin Bars

These are very dense, and wonderful. They freeze well. I made in two 9x9 pans and froze one. We did not frost them, just sprinkled powder sugar on prior to serving them....

Zucchini Pie III

This was very good. I did peel the zucchini and added a cup of raisins it gave it great texture.
