I"m a first grade teacher who loves to cook when she has the time! I especially like to cook for my husband and three kids. All types of pasta and couscous salads, armenian food, italian and mexican foods. I love any type of holiday cooking. Especially recipes from my mother. I make killer stuffed grape leaves. I cook them with lamb and rice, with lots of parsley. Takes time and work but well worth the outcome. Flan. I cannot make flan. And baking in general.
