Chicken and Broccoli Braid

i used half the mayo and 1 1/2 cups cheese. I also doubled the garlic. I made the braid on parchment paper for easy transferring and even easier clean up. I made two smaller braids for faster cooking. To do this from each package of crescent rolls I lined the four rectangles up long edges touching. To cook I waited until the crust was a nice golder brown, then covered with foil to prevent further browning. I Then returned the braid to the over and continued cooking until the center reached 140 degrees F.

Death by Chocolate Mousse

slightly bitter for my taste which is probably explained because I added 1/4 cup of french roast coffee. but this tasted amazing paired with whipped cream and strawberries. with out the toppings though I would add a bit more sugar. I also used confectioner's sugar as recommended and got very smooth mousse.

Chocolate Marvel Cake

VERY disappointed in this recipe. I made it for my chocolate loving sister... now i'm embarrassed to serve it to her. I even added taste to this cake using half and half I (felt odd about no butter) and three whole eggs instead of egg white. and it was still tasteless!! the frosting was tasty though. the only saving grace.

Three Chile Dry Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

i used three halapeno peppers because that's all that i had avalible. i'm not one for hot food, and this turned out a bit too intense for me does any one know if cooking it will increase or reduce the intensity??

Wonton Wrappers

a five for the actual dough. a 1 for the amount of work vs. product. if you don't have a pasta maker, and you can get wrappers from the store, save your self the frustration and hours of time and get the pre made wrappers.

Rich Chocolate Cheesecake

Parmesan and Basil Chicken Salad

I ndon't like Parmesan so i substitute with whatever cheese i happen to have on me, and i look forward to lunch when i know i have this made. this recipe also serves and a good spring board for other herb and chicken salads.

A nice moist cake. the only disappointment i had is i was looking for something with a little more raspberry flavor. however i did use wild blackberries and i have to cook and strain them to remove the seeds.
