Brown Butter Perch

Yum, definitely no leftovers. I used fresh caught canadian perch. The cooked fish was flaky, light, and subtly flavorful (I didn't have cayenne). The recipe took no time at all, much faster than recipes that call for a separate egg wash. I paired with sautéed yellow squash, red bell pepper, and sweet onion, and a crusty bread.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Yum. Didn't have water chestnuts, hoisin sauce, or chile pepper sauce but still came out delicious. I made a half recipe and wished I made more.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This fish was utterly delicious! I followed the directions almost exactly. One small substitution: because I didn't have any onion powder, I used paprika instead. Similar to suggested by other reviewers, I also rinsed the fish first, patted it dry, then dusted it with Season All Salt. I will definitely be making this recipe again!

World's Best Lasagna

This recipe would have been good, however there was far too much salt. I was so disappointed after getting all the ingredients, browning the meat, and tasting the sauce to discover that the overpowering flavor was salt. I wish I read the other reviews before spending 3 hrs making it. If I make it again, I would use 0 to 1/2 tsp salt, not 1 tbsp as called for.
