Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

These are the truth! I used franks hot sauce so they werent as spicy, but they were good! I will be putting this recipe in rotation!

Golden Pork Chops

being from new orleans, i had to do alot to this recipe to get it to my cultural liking! first of all this is pork chop soup! i sauteed bell pepper, onion, green onion, a few fresh mushrooms in olive oil. In the same skillet i panfried the floured and seasoned with tony chacheres pork chops. once they were nice and brown. i added the cream of mushroom soup, minced onion, basil, rosemary, alot of garlic, garlic pepper, a cup of water to thin the sauce, and kitchen bouquet to give it a nice brown gravy color. I allowed the chops to cook on a medium fire for at least 40 minutes, stirring until a smooth consistancy....once they were done i spooned the sauce and mushrooms on top...it was yummy once i tweaked the recipe alot!

Juicy Pork Chops

very good! following another reviewer's comment i used lipton savory herb and garlic, minced garlic, replaced the soy sauce for soy and worcheshire sauce, black pepper, and thin cut pork chops... i baked em for 15 minutes each side...they were delicious!

Grilled Delmonico Steaks

yummY!! eliminated the salt, and A-1 otherwise they were juicy! I used thin cut ribeyes! I would make them again, and i only marinated for maybe 30 minutes.

Japanese Chicken Wings

very good!! the frying and cooking time is the only thing I would change next time. I used only 1/2 cup sugar, and they were sweet enough. my hubby even enjoyed the wings! he said the taste remind him of the hawaiian steak flavor from Houston's. the sauce is sweet, hawaiian terriyaki tastin. I will definitely make this recipe again.
