Cranberry Salad II

So good! I made this for Thanksgiving for my family and everyone loved it. I also made it for Christmas for my husbands family and they loved it as well! I will continue to make this every year :)

Yummy! I tried this since I had some catfish and I did not know what to do with. I crushed th saltines in smaller chunks, and I dipped the catfish in milk with a little olive oil instead of butter. Then sprinkled with garlic salt and a little pepper. Sprinkled some dried oregano too.Then covered it with the saltines and put the fish on a greased oven pan and put them in the oven flipping them half way through. They turned out great! Whole family loved them. I made them last week and my husband asked for them again tonight.

Stroganoff Sandwich

This is really good! I also, like many, added spices while browning the beef. But I make this all the time. Fast cheap and easy! I also put jalapeno peppers, the pickled kind, and it turns out just perfect!

Easy Chicken Posole

I made this the other day and it was good. It was lacking a little taste, so I added a can of enchilada sauce. WOW what a difference! My husband LOVED IT! I garnished it with onion, shredded cabbage and lime juice added a little hot sauce and it was almost as good as my mami's posole. I will make this again

Valentino's Pizza Crust

It was good! I added dried oregano and garlic salt. I rolled the dough out and sprayed my pizza pan with pam and stretched it out and thinned it as much as I could and baked it for a few minutes on 400 then flipped it and baked for a few more minutes till it started to get crispy. ThenI added my toppings. This helped it stay on the crunchy side. will make again everyone ate it up:)

Peach Cobbler

My goodness MUCH too sweet and MUCH too buttery. I knew it would be too much sugar so I used only a little to sprinkle on top and it was still too sweet. next time I will not top it with sugar. And next time I will also use only half the amount of butter. Above all it was still pretty tasty. I also added cinnamon on top.
