Chef John's Banana Bread

I made this two days ago and it was SO GOOD! I had 5 small-med bananas so I used them all. I didn't use walnuts ( preference) otherwise made as is. Best ever!

Chicken Parmesan

This was my 1st time making chicke parm. Im so glad that I chose this recipe because it was AMAZING! I followed to a t and will continue to do so in the future as it's that good! Thanks Chef John!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This was the first soup that I have ever made and it was AWESOME!!! I put 4 frozen chicken breasts in my crockpot on high for 3 hours, then removed and shredded and cooked for another 2 hours on low. (I threw in a can of black beans at this point) I used diced tomatoes instead of whole ones and a carton of chicken stock and 1 1/2 cups of water. This soup was incredible, will def make again!

Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere

I made these last night for the first time (first time ever cooking mussels) and they were UNREAL!! I took some suggestions from others and added the tomatoes, parsley and green onion later(when I added the mussels) Make sure to double the sauce, I did and there was lots for dipping some good crusty italian loaf in. I bought my mussels from a seafood shop and they were already de-bearded and they said that they already clean them so I didn't have to soak them. This was really easy and so DELICIOUS!!! Thanks so much for this recipe!
