Scrambled Eggs and Tomatoes
I loved this dish growing up in an Filipino-Chinese household. My only adjustment to this recipe is to change the ingredients to your tastes and observations. Too much tomato could make your scramble too watery. And you shouldn't need both soy sauce and salt. I prefer my combination to be just tomato and eggs. Try it with some buttered jasmine rice!

Chocolate Ganache
Quick, simple, perfect. I used this over a 10 inch rum cake. I only wanted the top to be covered and drizzle down towards the bottom, and I had about 1/3rd of the ganache leftover. I'm going to try another reviewer's suggestion of using it as truffle filling. Another time I used this with dark chocolate morsels.

Easy Chicken Gyro
This recipe went almost perfectly for me. I think 1 lemon may be a little too much for the marinade but I guess it depends on how lemony you like your chicken. I used a mini food processor so chopping was quick. I also added less than 1/4th of a medium red onion to the tzatziki. I broiled the chicken @ 5 minutes on each side and it came out cooked and very tender/juicy.
