Bengali Chicken Curry with Potatoes

This is an awesome recipe! I marinated the chicken with some salt, peper, garlic powder, garam masala and plain yogurt before adding them in. Like the other users, I prefer more sauce and added water and a lot more of the spices. Will make again!

Chicken Tikka Masala

This was my first time making any type of Indian food and it came out absolutely delicious! I followed some of the other suggestions and used garam masala in place of the cinnamon and cumin for the marniade. I also elimnated the majority of the salt content. I did not grill the chicken instead I simmered it in a sacuepan and cooked it 80% before combining it with the sauce. I simmered that for another 10 minutes before serving. I also doubled the sauce because I like that on my rice. Garam masala was also added in the sauce to give it that extra kick. I will definitely make this recipe again!
