Strawberry Soup I

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2010
My husband introduced me to fruit soups on a cruise last summer; he was already familiar with them from spending time in Norway. We had a lot of strawberries so I decided to make this tonight. It was really good! I left out the cardamom and topped it with a little sour cream and chocolate mint from our herb garden. I would like it to be a little thicker, so next time I think I'll leave out the water. I would also like to try it with peaches. The yogurt was really good in it.

Mango Blueberry Muffins With Coconut Streusel

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2012
I was looking for mango recipes because I wasn't familiar with using them. I tried these today, made them exactly as written and they are simply scrumptious! Highly recommend.

Mini Cheesecakes

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2013
I use this recipe to make mini cheesecake Easter baskets. Tint coconut green with food coloring for the "grass", top with mini jelly beans (I use Jelly Belly) and use licorice ropes to make "handles".

Chocolate Almond Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2012
I made this last week. My family loved it. It makes a large loaf, moist and tasty, and it keeps well. The only change I made was to omit the almonds. This one is a keeper!

So good! I needed recipes because my husband bought a case of mangoes...this bread was so delicious that he ate the second loaf all by himself!
