Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

I've been looking for a good banana bread recipe for years and finally found one I LOVE! I know the recipe suggests you not cut into right away, but I couldn't help it! It smelled so good, I had to. YUM! I did as other suggested and used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white, 2 tsp of vanilla and 2 tsp cinnamon. Thanks so much! I can't wait to try it again tomorrow for breakfast!

Meatball Nirvana

Oh my word!! I just made these for our dinner and now wish it wasn't 2 hours away! I doubled the recipe and added italian sausage as the other 1 pound of meat. I didn't have hot sauce and frankly, I'm a baby when it comes to spice, but followed the rest of the recipe as stated. I cooked half and froze the rest for a later dinner. Thank you so much. I don't think I'll ever be buying the frozen store bought meatballs ever again!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

This is the best strawberry cake recipe ever! I made the cake as directed and didn't make any changes. After 3 days, it was still very moist. I topped it w/ the Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site. I will be making this again and again.

Salisbury Steak

I cannot get over how good this recipe was for dinner tonight! I took the suggestion of others and added a can of cream of mushroom and doubled the gravy ingredients. I also threw in a can of sliced onions. I browned the patties in a skillet w/ onion slices and then put them in a 9x13 covered w/ the gravy and let them bake covered for 35 minutes. Delish!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

If I could give this recipe more stars I would! I scaled the recipe down to 6 and still have enough for a few days of left overs. I roasted the garlic as suggested and used the entire bulb. My grocery store was out of red potatoes, so I used yellow Idaho potatoes. I also could not find plain Romano cheese and had to settle on a parm/romano/asiago blend. It was delicious! Can't wait for dinner tomorrow!

Simple White Cake

Wassail Punch

I loved this recipe. I always make Wassail for our annual ornament exchange and we always have tons left over. Not with this one! I only had enough for one extra serving for me! So easy and delicious!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I have tried a few sugar cookie recipes w/o success and have since shyed away from them. I tried this one w/ my 6 yr old and LOVED it! This really is the best rolled sugar cookie recipe. I did as someone else suggested and rolled the dough on parchment paper directly on the cookie sheet. I also found that the thicker you roll the dough (1/2") the easier it is transfer if needed. I will definitely be making these again!

Gingerbread Men

Not sure what I did to this. The mixture was VERY dry. I left it out a bit after chilling to see if it would soft up, but no such luck. I also had a hard time finding the butterscotch pudding mix in the 3.5 oz size. I could only find the instant and used that instead.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

I made this today for tomorrow night's dinner. It is sooo good! We're currently waiting for our steaks on the grill that is tonight's dinner, but we keep going back to the chili! The only change I made was I added a whole onion and I used a the whole package of chili mix. This is a keeper!

Quick and Easy Chicken

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Spanish Rice Bake
