Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
This has to be one of the easiest AND yummiest desserts that I have ever made. I made the recipe in an 8x8 pan, so I just halved all of the ingredients. I added some brown sugar on top, and I still cooked it for 45 mins. Both myself, and my boyfriend both LOVED it! It also goes really well fresh out of the oven with some vanilla ice cream on top. It also made the house smell so wonderful. I will definitely be making this recipe again!

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
This was my first time cooking fried chicken and it came out perfect! Since I only had plain bread crumbs, I added some Italian seasoning to the breading mix. This is definitely a recipe to eat on the day that it is made. I brought some left overs to work the next day, and it was not nearly as yummy as it was the night before.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits I

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
This recipe is so incredibly easy to make! This is favorite go-to recipe in our house! I think that these are actually better than the infamous cheddar biscuits at Red Lobster! :-)

Smooth and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
This pie was absolutely wonderful! This was the first dish I had ever brought over to my mother-in-law's house, and I was incredibly nervous since she has been a professional cook for 30 years. Imagine my relief when she ended up loving the pie! This was so easy to make, and everyone found it to be so yummy. I made the crust homemade with melted butter and crushes Chocolate Animal Crackers. For the top, I drizzled caramel and chocolate syrup and spread crushed Reese's Peanutbutter cups.
