Absolutely Delish! Used the whole pkg of cream cheese - My Husband at half of it before I even heated it! Will definately be my potluck go-to dish!

Pink Icing Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2010
Delish! Kids LOVED them! Nice light melt in your mouth cookie. Instead of icing them, I put sprinkles on before I baked. Looked very nice! Used a 1 tbsp scoop for some and 2 tbsp for others.

Rainbow Salad

Good idea! The kids didn't like it with the evaporated milk in though. Next time I will change the recipe to more of a finger jello style, so they can eat with their fingers. 2 pkg jello per 1 1/4 cup water. And will minus the evap milk. Very pretty!

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2010
Can I say YUM! This is the first time I have tasted or made German Chocolate cake- and this will definately be a regular dessert! I used a half recipe of the extreme chocolate cake recipe, with 3/4 of this recipe on top. Was definately a hit! We used the rest of this icing for brunch the next day on pancakes with strawberries - just as good! Thanks SO much!

Cream Puff Dessert

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
Delish! Everyone LOVED this- was a nice light dessert! Instead of putting in a baking pan, I used a cookie sheet, put parchment paper over it, and spread the 'crust' on it. Great!

Mall Pretzels

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
Yummy! I made the dough in the bread maker, adding 1 tbsp of butter to it. Instead of rolling out the traditional pretzel shapes, (was taking too long with a house full of children waiting patiently for their treat), so I made a large log, about 1" wide, and cut into pretzel 'buns'. Kids LOVED them! Took 1/4 of the time to shape and tasted yummy. Thanks for the awesome recipe!!
