My first chicken soup,age 17...too proud to ask. Dunked a whole chicken in hot water for over 1/2 hour until my grandma intervened!! My first attempt to make coffee in an electric perculator...put in hot water, it perked twice and I thought it was done....out came hot water!! Thought I found a new way to speed up making coffee! Dumb!!
