Tuna Casserole II

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2015
I used this recipe for a base but used mixed frozen veggies instead of carrots and zucchini. It's easier. I also mixed mozz cheese and cheder cheese. I added 2 cans soup and it came out perfect. Not too dry. Made it for youth group and kids loved it. O

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2015
My family loves these wings.i have made them several times. I always run out of flour mixture so started doubling that in the beginning. I have also made it baking the bone in wings and then tossing them it sauce for a healthier version. Both taste fantastic.

Sauce is a bit runny so I'll add some corn starch next time. But the flavour was great.

Toscana Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2015
This soup is yummy . I like the broth a bit thicker so I added some corn starch at the end of cooking., yet it was still a bit thin. Also suggest chopping the chicken into small bite size pieces. We did use the chips on the bottom

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2015
This soup is WONDERFUL. I added fresh kale in the last 30 minutes of cooking. I made with the fresh cheese filled tortillini once and the next time I only had elbow macaroni and it was still awesome.

I've made it as the recipes written and it's great. But when I omitted the pimento and parsley and added 1tsp liquid smoke, IT WAS FLIPPIN AWESOME.

Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free)

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2013
The first time I made these the only change i made was I used real eggs and they came out pretty too flat. The taste was very good though. I don't advise adding 2 cups more of the baking mix that one reviewer said. I added 1 extra cup the second time and they turned out too fluffy. I don't care for cakie cookies so i was disappointed. I used 2 eggs instead of the substitute and used dark chocolate chips because my husband is lactose intolerant. Next time I will us 1.5 eggs and the said amount of baking mix.

Creamed Chicken over Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2012
This is so yummy. The green beans are such a great change to pasta. We loved it. I used fresh green beans though. I just don't think it would be as good with frozen.
