Changed a bit. In addition to the broccoli and bacon, I added cauliflower, substituted raisins for golden raisins and Craisins, and substituted sunflower seeds for pecans, Used the same dressing mixture Turned out great!

Quick Sunshine Cake

Cake was wonderful. To cut down on fat and calories, you can substitute the oil for 1/4 cup apple sauce, and use Cool Whip Lite.

Chicken Eugene

Absolutely delicious! Used a 4.5 oz jar dried beef but otherwise followed the directions exactly as written. Great with beef Rice-A-Roni, which made the whole dinner very simple to prepare, but so out-of-this-world good. Thanks Marilyn.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

The perfect pot roast. I shredded the left-overs and served over toast for an open-faced hot beef sandwich. Excellent.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

If you've ever had Boston Market meatloaf, this is real close. My family and I liked it a lot. I added just a bit of ketchup to the meat mix and omitted the onion (my kids/husband don't care for onions). You won't find onion in Boston Market's either.

Carnation® Swedish Meatballs

Very delicious! Try using reconstituted dry onions instead of fresh onions in the meatballs. I've used this meatball recipe (minus the gravy) for spaghetti and meatballs and for stuffed peppers. Turns out great! Gravy good, but needed a lot of salt. Use whole milk instead of evaporated milk, no noticable difference in taste in my opinion.
