Slow Cooker German-Style Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2013
made this exactly as written.....ewwwww....so sorry. DH couldn't even eat it and he loves sauerkraut. Perhaps if I had just placed the sauerkraut in at the very last hour might have been more palate pleasing or not. Will not make again.

Black-Eyed Pea Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
This is really easy and makes enough for an army. I was within a 1/2 inch from the top of my dutch oven. Warms up very well. Freezes nicely also. I made it exactly as stated...no need to change up on perfection. :)

INCREDIBLE Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2012
Very delicious. I have trouble finding the raspberry chips also but here is how you fix that dilemma. Place 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips into a plastic zip log bag with 1/4 t. raspberry extract. Let sit 24 hours and they are ready to use. Don't have 24 hours....use 1/2 t. raspberry extract instead and they are ready immediately. I usually have a bag of these going all the time. You can also do this for the mint chocolate chips. Have been doing this for years. Enjoy! I usually find the raspberry extract at specialty bakery stores that carry all the baking special needs.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2012
Just took these out of the oven....they are absolutely to die for!! My first batch was a little too browned (10 min.) on the bottom so took out the second batch a minute earlier(9 min.) and they were perfect. Takes a little planning but I will definitely be making these for years to come now. DH is already thinking he would love to roll up hot dogs in them and then bake them....mmmmm mmmmmm!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Just got done making these. Excellent.....couldn't wait for them to cool completely before eating one. The "topping" is a great contrast to the soft, melt in your mouth muffin. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent sauces. DH ended up mixing the two of them together. It is quite the technique though to fold them....I think we are trying to over stuff them most of the time. Thank you for sharing.

Not for us but easy to make. Too thin and they just completely disintegrate before you can get them to your mouth.
