Sausage Smothered in Red Cabbage

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
Great recipe, received at small red cabbage from our CSA and found this recipe. Was perfect for dinner tonight. I tried to go healthy and used the Jennie-O turkey kielbasa, should have gone for the real thing would have been even better. Served with mashed potatoes as other reviewers mentioned and it was great!

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2012
Amazing dish. I misread the recipe and had a pile of chopped potatoes and realized they were supposed to be cooked I put them in a bowl with 1/4 cup water and covered with plastic wrap and microwaved 10 min. Left the pepper sauce out for the kids and just added a couple drops onto the adult bowls. Delicious!!

Quick Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2012
Love this recipe as is and with a few changes. I use 2 lbs. broccoli fresh, chopped and place in a large bowl. I add about 2 cups dry egg noodles after cooking per instructions I set colander over broccoli in bowl dump noodles over broccoli using boling water to just par cook the broccoli. Drain broccoli and mix with noodles. Top with 1 can cheesy broccoli soup and one can cream of chicken mixed with the mayo and lemon juice. Sprinkle just a little shredded cheese over the top. Adding the noodles make it a full meal. I add the chicken per original recipe.

Roasted Vegetables

I just love it. It may say serves four but Me and my husband can eat half of the pan full. Just amazingly delicious and the oil is good fat right? So technically it is all good for you.

Easy, relatively fast and awesome. Serve with sourdough toast for a great lunch or dinner. Serves four main dish size adult servings.

Morning Glory Muffins I

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2011
Great recipe. Used up a lot of organic carrots from our local CSA. I used 1 cup honey and used homemade unsweetened applesauce instead of the apple butter. They were amazing but I would not use the liners next time they stuck way too much.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
Very good but needs easily triple the amount of broccoli. I reduced the butter to 1 tbsp and the milk fat free to try and lighten it up. I will make again with much more brocolli.

Best blueberry muffins ever. I used some sour milk (substitute for buttermilk) and used non stick spray over the whole pan and there were just amazing.
