Kikuchan's Potato-Crab Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2012
This was excellent! After boiling my potatoes, I place them under cold water, and the skins come off pretty easily. I have been craving crab this summer, so this is a nice change from the usual crab salad!

Applesauce Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2011
I listened to the advice and added vanilla, more cinnamon, and nutmeg (no salt), and I used a gluten free flour substitute and they came out wonderful! I had friends over, and they took some home! This is certainly a keeper!

Peppy's Pita Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
These were very easy. I didn't have a wire rack to back them on, so I used a pizza stone, and they came out perfect. Will absolutely make these again!

Grandma Johnson's Scones

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2011
LOVE THESE! So easy, and like others have said, you can split the dough and do two different kinds at once! My husband says he doesn't like scones, but these never last more than three days at our house. I like using cinnamon sugar with a little milk to dust on the tops instead of raisins, and I have added fresh cherries too. Very flexible recipe!

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
Amazing! This is the best meatloaf I've ever had! I did make a few changes due to what I had on hand. I used crispy onions (like what you would use on a green bean cassaroll) and I didn't have regular bread crumbs or crackers, so I used the Italian Cheese its. Turned out amazing! Love this and will make again soon!

Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2012
Quick & easy! I added some left over chicken for a quick dinner! Loved it! I also used frozen sprouts since the fresh were twice the price.

Crab Salad

Reviewed: May 11, 2012
Wonderful! I am pregnant and have been craving Crab Salad, and NONE of our local grocery stores carry it in their delis! This was so easy! I did use grape seed oil to tenderize the onion and green pepper, and I did listen to other reviewers and I cut the mayo in half. So good! Thank you!

Slow Cooker Island Beef

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2012
This was the best beef stew I've ever had! I did add carrots and potatoes, and instead of seasoned salt, I used Hawaiian Sea Salt. So good! This is going to be in my rotation for sure! To the person who said this had no flavor, maybe your paprika is outdated? Also the red wine vinegar is a must! You cannot sub another and get the same flavor!

Autumn Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2012
These were so GOOD! I didn't have figs and hazelnuts, but I did have dried cherries and walnuts. That was my only substitution. I did add 1/2 a cup of flour since I am at a high elevation, but these came out perfect! I will keep this one in my recipe box!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2013
This was so good and easy! I've always loved shrimp, but I've been very intimidated to make them at home myself. This recipe was awesome, as in wanted to lick the hot grill awesome! My kids loved it too! Will certainly be making this again!

Green Chili Stew

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2012
Wow, this soup will stand up and kick you! It packs the heat. I made it according to the recipe except I didn't have potatoes, so I added hominy and corn instead. I also used hamburger instead of stew meat. Might only add half the peppers next time, and a quarter of the cumin.
