Blonde Brownies I
So delicious! I was out to lunch with a friend at a little organic sandwich shop and they had blonde brownies, I bought one and remembered how much I adored the chocolate chip cookie brownie cross! I immediately set out to find a great recipe so I could make them at home. I stumbled across this one. Like many others, I doubled the recipe and baked in a 9x13. I made these for a corporate potluck and they were a hit! The recipe is easy to follow and it is pretty hard to screw it up. I omitted nuts (just in case of any allergies) and I mixed the chocolate chips in. The only thing I would say, is I may cut the vanilla in half next time, it is a pretty strong flavor in this recipe. Thanks for sharing! I will be making these again and again!

Egg Salad I
Yum! I made this, pretty much as called for and it was delicious. The red onion adds something quite nice. I only use 1/2 the yolks to save on some fat and calories. But the flavor is rich and tasty. I made it on a sunday and had sandwiches for lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
My Mother asked me to find a cheesy potato recipe to accompany our Christmas dinner ham. I found this. I followed this recipe almost exactly, but used half cream half milk for a richer flavor. OMG! This is so fantastically good, there no words! The whole family raved and I think this will become a regular at family gatherings. The recipe is simple and turns out great. It is far from healthy, but if you are in the mood to indulge, it is wow!
