After reading other reviews, I made the following adjustments. I omitted the worcestershire sauce and used LS Soysauce (only 1 Tbsp). I reduced the hot pepper sauce to 1/2tsp, omitted the salt, reduced black pepper to 1/2tsp, used egg substitute in place of egg, used cooking spray instead of oil, omitted the brown sugar. The additions I made were to add panko bread crumbs, dried oregano, dried basil and homemade tomato sauce on the top. I used a loaf pan which I'd highly recommend to keep its shape. I love the flavor of the a quinoa. This was excellent. My husband loved it. I will make this again.
