Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: May 15, 2014
This recipe is a regular at our house and there are rarely leftovers. This is delicious as the main dish or as part of a salad. We will sometimes add parmesan cheese to the cracker mixture and most recently I used coconut oil instead of butter....AMAZING!! It gives the chicken a light, fresh taste. If you have not tried this recipe yet you are missing out. :)

Delicious. My family ate it all up even my 4 year old. I didn't change a thing and had plenty of sauce.

Pumpkin Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2013
I halved this recipe. I think it needs more pumpkin flavor so I will add pumpkin spice next time for sure. Delicious none the less. Substituted the sugar/oil for honey and applesauce. Perfectly Moist!!

Beef and Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2013
Just like grandma used to make!! I love it and my 3 year cleaned her plate. I did use chicken broth because that was all I had. I also added the garlic and oregano when browning the meat.

Veggie Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2013
I used this recipe only for what to put in the cream cheese spread. It is delicious. The cheese spread is even good on Ritz (plain or w/veggies) or just as a vegetable dip. We had leftover spread and veggies so why not try. I used the Pizza Dough I recipe by Gudny Bjorg Kjaerbo because I had some in the freezer. I think it makes the pizza even better. My daughter couldn't get enough of it.

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Reviewed: May 3, 2012
Tasted great but do not fill cups more than 2/3 full because of overflow. I got luck and noticed early on and put a cookie sheet on the rack below to catch the mess.

Putting this glaze on my ham made it the best ham ever. We ate the leftovers for breakfast lunch and dinner until it was gone. A+++++

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2012
This is an excellent pizza dough recipe. I did add a little Italian seasoning, crushed basil and garlic then spread butter over the top for my own flare of this recipe. It was delicious. I used the Homemade Pizza Sauce recipe from Taste of Home Test Kitchen which was a great combination.
