Kickin' Turkey Burger with Caramelized Onions and Spicy Sweet Mayo

I must have done something wrong when making the spicy mayo because it was not edible. And after reading all the positive reviews about the mayo and even all the ingredients sound amazing together my conclusion is I missed something or added the wrong ingredient. The turkey burgers were absolutely delicious! This is how ill prep turkey burgers from now on !

Candied Carrots

Followed recipe exactly as written and loved it. The carrots weren't swimming as you typically see with candied carrots, instead the carrots had a light glaze and tons of flavor.

Egg Pie

This was delicious and VERY filling. Presentation was impressive for being such an easy dish! (love that! Especially when friends stay over for breakfast!) Next time I will add more hash browns and not use the crescent rolls. The recipe was great as is but too filling for my breakfast preference.

Lobster Colorado

This recipe was fast, easy and delicious! I made it for my DH's birthday dinner--he was impressed with the presenation and the overall meal. I used 1 slice of thick cut bacon per filet but next time I will use 2 since the cooked bacon unwrapped and wouldnt wrap around completely. Some adjustments I made to the recipe: I used Steak Seasoning for the filets and only a pinch Old Bay (after reading a few reviews). Also, I melted 1/2 cup of butter for the lobster and used the excess to top it off at the end.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

This basic recipe was good but was a little bland for falafel. For my next batch, I added more cumin and added a pinch of garlic powder that gave it more of an authentic taste (at least it tasted more like how falafel should taste.) I'll definitely make this again with my adjustments.
