I really don't know how to cook. That's why I am on this website so much.

Tuna Zucchini Elbow Pasta
I loved this recipe! I used 12 oz. of tuna from a can (drained) instead of a 7-oz. packet. I also added a can of Italian stewed diced tomatoes because my marinara sauce can was 24 oz., not 28 oz. I also used shell pasta since that's what I had on hand. Everything else stayed the same, and it was so great! Highly recommend it!

Lentil Soup
I followed this recipe exactly, except that I used cooking white wine instead of regular white wine, and I added about a 1/2 tsp. of chili powder and 1/2 tsp. of cumin. I agree with the other reviews that it tastes much better on the 2nd day. The fresh parsley and parmesan (I used plain grated Kraft kind) topped it off perfectly. Great taste and healthy too! Next time I might try it with real wine.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew
This was a really good dish, but I made some changes. First, I didn't include carrots, herb seasoning, or jalapeno peppers. Instead of tomato juice, I used two cans of Campbell's Old Fashioned Tomato Rice Soup and one can of water. I also put in an addition 2 or 3 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce and stirred it in the crock pot. I sprinkled pepper in the mixture as well and let it cook on low for about ten hours. I love the combination of Worcestershire sauce and tomato soup. Very tasty.
