Pecan Pie Bars I

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2006
WOW! These are really good! I used dark corn syrup because that is all that I. I made half the recipe and cooked the bars for 35 minutes and they were not runny at all. Great recipe, I will be making these again!

Feta Chicken

I cut the chicken cutlets in half, put the feta cheese in between and fastened them with toothpicks. I also used 2 eggs to help the bread crumbs adhere to the chicken. Great recipe!

OMG this is the best! I used a 8 oz. container of mixed berry whipped cream cheese, lite cool whip and the marshmallow fluff. My husband did not even want to try it, loved it! Thank you for a great recipe!

Excellent! As others have said I add an additional 1/2 cup of milk to the pudding mixture. I have made this twice and everyone loves it.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

OK so I am an idiot! I never read the reviews and figured I wouldn't have enough topping, so I doubled it. I had 12 muffins and needless to say lots and lots of topping left over! Wonderful recipe! Thank you!

Golden Rum Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2003
I guess that I am the only one that thought this was way too strong! However, the cake was very moist. I will stick to the same recipe with the Bailey's Irish Creme instead.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2003
These are the best! I used jalapenos and taco seasoning to the mix and the taste was great! I also used low-fat cheese and sour cream, as well as 98% fat free cream of chicken soup. The taste was still wonderful!!!! Thank you Steph!

You wouldn't think something so simple would be so amazing! The only thing that I changed, on the advice of others, was that I cut the cauliflower up. Thank you!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2003
This is the best cake that I have ever made! I did take the advice of others and replaced the white sugar with brown sugar. I also cooled the cake and then placed it back in the pan with 3/4 of the syrup and poured the remainder over the top and let it sit for 45 minutes. PERFECT! I have made this cake twice in the last two weeks!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2003
I made this for a scrap book party that I had and everyone loved it! The pretzel crust was the best! I brought the leftovers to work three days later and it was as good as the first day. I also sliced the strawberries before mixing them with the jello. I would definitely consider this a dessert not a salad.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2002
OK,I agree with everyone, use 2 cups of half & half and one cup of 2% milk. Also use 1/4 cup of corn starch and 1/4 cup of flour. This recipe is well worth all of the stirring! Again, as mentioned previously, the toasted coconut makes the difference! Everyone raved about this recipe!

Aussie Chicken

WOW! This was so good! My husband loved it. Keep in mind that this is very rich. I like the others had tons of the honey mustard left over. I steamed carrots and potatoes and added the sauce on top. This is definitely a keeper!

Excellent recipe! I did not use the 1/2 cup of water, just sprinkled a little water on top of the apples. I also doubled the topping! Thank you for a great, easy recipe!

My husband and I loved this recipe. I did make a few changes because I did not have the correct ingredients on hand. I used Ritz crackers and cheddar cheese soup. In addition I used fresh steamed asparagus and then added milk to the soup mixture. The results were great, thanks!
