Penne con Sauccia

My husband and I were looking for something more than the traditional chicken, pork, or beef. This was absolutely fantastic and I didn't alter a thing in the recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! I did not include celery in mine because neither my husband nor I prefer it. I did dice up a couple of potatoes, however. I let the potatoes, carrots, and peas simmer in chicken broth, which made it taste AMAZING! This is a favorite, and I will be making this very much in the future!

BBQ Country Style Ribs

DELICIOUS!!!! I cut down the cook time to 1 1/2 hours by increasing the temp to 350. Fall off the bone, and it was absolutely wonderful!
