Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
It was very good. I made this for 2 people +leftovers only. I didn't have italian dressing so I added 1/4 cup balsamic fig dressing. I added some (maybe 1/4 or less) molasses since my bbq sauce was vinegar based; less bbq sauce (because of the previous addition), and a few drops of siracha for spice. It also went well served with raw red onions. Thank you to previous reviewers for the tips (about the molasses and the red onions). I wouldn't be afraid to sub for the italian dressing, as my version (based on what I had in my pantry) turned out fantastic. I don't think I'll make pulled pork again; this was as good (and a lil' bit less fatty)

Thai Chicken Curry in Coconut Milk
Things to change: replace lemons for limes. Add some lemongrass and some fresh ginger. Set chicken aside after sauteing with curry. Add some white wine to saute/simmer onion and garlic. MUST add carrots and red/orange bell pepper slices. Oh, and please don't use light coconut milk...It's not worth it. If you're gonna have a curry, have a curry

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Hmmm, very tasty, but it came out "soupy" (maybe it was my fault as I subed water for canned onion soup rather than the mix. However, the original version is right: I should have cooked this for more than 5-6 hours, contrary to what other reviewers have said. After 5 1/2 hours my meat was still tough.
