Ghirardelli Chocolate Mousse

Daddy's Popcorn

Excellent recipe! No name brand ingredients necessary. I used generic oil, generic popcorn, generic salt and generic margarine and it turned out perfectly. I did follow LOLLEYBAUER's suggestion of adding the salt to the oil/margarine mixture before adding the corn...nice touch btw. No more store bought popcorn for me!

Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Didn't have any chocolate chips in the cabinet so I used butterscotch chips instead and WOW! These are great! I even rolled a few of them in crushed cinnamon graham crackers and they were great with the added crunch. Some may find it too sweet, but I found it delightful.

Mayonnaise Biscuits

I first thought this recipe was way too easy to be good, but I found it is way too good to be overlooked. I made them on my lunch break yesterday in a muffin tin and was surprised by how great they were. Today I dropped them on a cookie sheet and made them larger and they were incredible. They fluffed up perfectly and looked better than the biscuits you would find at a number of local fast food places. I took some back to the office and people marveled at the possibility of making delicious homemade biscuits in under an hour.

Lemon Delight

My sister made this over 20 years ago and I thought God had handed her the recipe Himself. She doubled the recipe and used instant lemon pudding for 1/2 and instant chocolate pudding for the other 1/2. She called it Choco-Lem Delight. When she moved away, she took the recipe with her and the memory of it's heavenly goodness faded. One day, my mom told me that she made the dessert and I begged her to tell me how. She directed me to AR, a match made in heaven.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

I can't get my kids to eat zucchini to save their lives. So I didn't tell my kids what they were eating and they didn't care. Honestly, neither did I! It was all gone before we knew it and the kids were begging me to make more.

Microwave Pralines

Fast, easy, and perfect. No need for a candy thermometer AND no need to change any of the ingredients or instructions. I made these on a cold & snowy winter day and they were gone before they were completely cooled.

Homemade Maple Syrup

So simple, so cheap, so great. This is how great this stuff is: My 11 year old started licking her plate after all the pancakes were gone (not that I condone such behavior, but I understand), my 6 year old syrup snob couldn't tell the difference between this and store bought, and my 4 year old followed his 11 year old sister's lead.

Perfect Turkey

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Hands down, one of the best pancake recipes I've come across...even without the chocolate chips and cinnamon honey syrup. We added white chocolate and milk chocolate chips to the batter and they were great! They're also great with slices of banana mixed in.
