My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

All I can say is WOW!!! This recipe is wonderful! Easy to make. It was a winner with the whole family... I did use butter instead of margarine because thats all I use...

Pot Stickers Traditional

Dh and I really enjoyed these. I did do some of the modifying that others suggested... I did not cook the pork first. I added some carrot along with everything else.. I chopped it all up in the food processor... I also doubled the recipe but not the salt.. was still plenty of salt.. especially if your using a dipping sauce with soy sauce in it...Instead of all the oil I halved the oil and browned it slightly then added the water... and cooked until the water evaporated. Next time I will use a very good non stick pan and very little oil to cut down on the greasiness.. these are keepers in our book.. thanks for posting this recipe

Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

This is a very tasty nice recipe. It has enough oil/fat in it that is can be cooked as waffles... it made great waffles... I made the recipe as directed.. no changes. I will definitely make it again

Colleen's Potato Crescent Rolls

Made these for Thanksgiving dinner. They are wonderful....light and fluffy! Great flavor! I cut the sugar to 1/3 cup. I did have to exchange the shortening for butter and did not chill it. Although chilling and letting dough develop gives it even a better flavor....next time when I have more time I will do that... I cannot even imagine it tasting better...this will go into my keeper recipes..

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

I really liked this recipe, will use it again....very easy to make... I do not knead the dough though.. I pat it out and cut in squares so I just cut once, let sit for 15 minutes before cooking... I did take 15 minutes for these to cook...I got 10 bicuits out of this recipe.
