I've been cooking all my life. Took on numerous jobs outside the kitchen with little fulfillment. Finally I got back into kitchen work and am attending a local college in the culinary arts department.

Anything and everything. I go to the grocery store with the intent of buying new ingredients to cook with once a week.

Classic home cooked euro influenced foods. (ie. pirogies, cabbage rolls, roast beef, Brussels sprouts, etc)
