Broccoli Chicken Roli

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
Most are wrong about the amount of filling (the more the better). I doubled the filling and used 3 cans of cresents and it was great. Even the grandchildren ate this one. I will make again and again and share.

Angel Food Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
I have made a lot of cakes but never Angel Food. I did purchase a pan with removable botton (Thanks for that info.). It turned out perfect, even my wife liked it and she does not like Angel Food Cakes. The only problem I had to make a yellow cake to use the 12 yolks but I only have one cake to eat later (yellow).

Three times in a week (I bought 2 heads of cabbage so I grilled it 3 tiimes). Great Great Great. This third time I spread the butter on then pressed garlic, pepper, onions and peppers. It was great because the smell was outside.

Very good and easy. I did as others and doubled the sauce (next time I will triple) and added garlic and onion. I also added the Italian Seasoning and parsley.

Buttermilk Chess Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
Great Pie and easy to! After reading others I did add the coconut (2 oz) to pie shell and it was great. I also preheated to 450° and turned down to 350° when I put the pie in, I also left the pie in after 45 min. and turned the oven off to let the pie cool. It came out beautiful.

Chocolate Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
Very good chocolate pound cake. I did beat butter for 2 min., then sugar for 5 min. and baked at 300 for 85 min. and it turned out great. I also added a chocolate glaze. Much better with age so prepare the day before.
