Meats and vegetables. Love to discover new soups and make old favorites.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Turkey at Thanksgiving. Baked Ham at Easter. Prime Rib at Christmas. Fortunately, my wife is a pie maker: pumpkin and apple are her specialties.
My cooking triumphs
Ribs on the grill, also rack of lamb on the grill. I recently had great success with a rack of pork on the grill. I have a Mexican soup recipe that gets lots of attention and guests love my margaritas.
My cooking tragedies
I can still overcook or undercook just about anything I put my hand to.
