Ricotta Gnocchi

This was my first attempt at making gnocchi. The ricotta was a really good switch from the typical. To make it a little easier, I didn't roll the dough out. I cheated and simply spooned it out of the bowl and placed it on a floured plate. To make them prettier I rounded them out a bit better after they got a little flour on them. They took about 3 minutes to cook. I didn't make the sauce, instead I made my own with italian tomatoes and pesto. Delicious. I'll definitely make this again.

Roasted Garlic Tyrokavteri

This dip is so flavorful! I didn't have the patience to roast the peppers in the oven so I actually threw the them on my george forman which worked perfectly! Just cut them into 1/8ths so they would get flat and let them go for 15 minutes! It may not be a traditional roasted red pepper but I thought they tasted fantastic!! I read the other reviews and cut back on the lemon juice to about half what's called for. I didn't have any tobasco but I did manage to put in WAY too much pepper. Still entirely delicious. Thanks for the recipe. I'll be making this a lot!

This was absolutely delicious! My family obsesses over kringle so we were all really excited to try this. We were not disappointed. I decreased the butter a little per other reviews and it came out perfect! Surprisingly not difficult to make. You just need to plan ahead since the dough needs to refrigerate overnight.

Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

This is a great recipe, especially if you aren't in the mood to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I had it together and in the oven in less than 10 minutes. I doubled the recipe to fit in a 9x13 pan. I didn't seal the top and bottom crescents together (because I forgot) yet they sealed perfectly while baking. I will definitely make this again.
