Quiche Lorraine I
I made it to bring to a shower, it came out great. I've made it again, tossing in some different cheeses (cheddars and the like) and they added some wonderful flavor to it. I also used 1 cup skim and 1 cup light cream just to cut the fat content and it came out just fine. It's a great recipe that you can play with and adjust to your tastes.

Mexican Rice Pilaf
I made this recipe as a side dish to go with fajitas, and it worked really well. I added about 1/3 of a cup of salsa to it and to cut the fat content I did not use the cheese. The rice came out very moist and delicious. I also used white rice instead of brown because it was all I had in the house, and it still came out great. Great recipe, thank you!!

Baked Cheese Olives
These olives are really quite good. They're a bit time consuming to make, and if you need to make a lot for a party its tough because they go so fast. The prep of the ingredients isn't bad its getting the dough to stay around the olive and wrapping each one. My guests have always found the effort to be well worth it, and absolutely love them.
