Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
Very good, a bit rich for my family's taste. Didn't have as much flavour as we were hoping, cream of chicken soup & sour cream were over-powering. Might have to try this again.

Fall-Apart Pork Stew

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
I mixed everything up in the crock pot & added cooked beef stew meat. Did not use oil, butter, butter beans, squash or zucchini and didn't have bay leaves. Loved the flavour, it simmered all day 8hrs! Was absolutely delicious!

Pineapple Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
Awesome recipe! I made a couple changes. I added 3pc bacon, 1cup mushroom (instead of pepper), and 2cups baby shell noodles (instead of rice). After all was cooked, I fried all together with the onion. Also, I used 1/4cup Mayo & mixed this with the 1/2cup pineapple juice, 1/2tsp garlic salt, 1tsp dry mustard, 1tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/2tsp garlic pepper. This I poured over top once everything was in the casserole dish. Covering in pineapple chunks & mozza/cheddar cheese, then baking the last 5min without a cover. AMAZING!!!

Tomato Basil Penne Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
Sucha great recipe. I was crunched for time, and ingredients. I put actual basil spice in with the olive oil & used baby shell pasta. Also, just used cheddar cheese. Put some cheddar cheese on top when it was all combined in casserole dish & baked in oven for 10min. Company absolutely loved it!

Creamy Slow Cooker Potato Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
Awesome soup! Added dry mustard, garlic pepper & twice the liquid the original said. I also blended it 3hrs into it being in crock pot (or when potatoes were tender) then used a hand blender 2hrs after. It was in the crock pot for 6hrs. Fed it to friends along with cheese bread, they enjoyed it! Will make it again.

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
WOW!!! Amazing dish. Next time I think I might try mozzarella cheese (loved the flavour of Dijon & found cheddar almost over powered this) & will probably not bake as long next time, & add extra cheese to the top. Such a hit, my company asked for the recipe!
