Culinary student 8/2011. I have a certificate in Culinary arts from an American Culinary Federation school. I graduated 5/2012. I love cooking,serving entertaining I am a Messianist believer in Y'Shua Ha Masiach. (The LORD Jesus Christ)I observe Kosher law. I plan to open a Kosher soul Food restaurant with gluten free and vegetarian options.

I am a kosher cook. I love making Stocks,soups,stews, curries,braised meats, Goat and lamb especially!!!) stews /soups,Kosher Soul food, Caribbean street food,dishes that came out of the slave trade(worldwide)Indian cuisine, South American cuisine and middle eastern/African cuisine.

My cooking triumphs
I competed against 22 other chefs in a cook off for Oklahoma Skills USA. We cooked for 6 hours. I had to fabricate a chicken and then cook it 2 different ways. I also had to Prepare a stock,2 starches, 2 veg's, a soup and a salad with an original dressing. We were also judged on sanitation by 2 0fficials from the health Dept. I came in 2nd and took the silver medal!!!!
My cooking tragedies
I need more experience baking (breads, cakes etc). Most of my problems occur in this area.
