Made it exactly as in recipe. Was fine but not great. It needed more sugar. I was hoping for something more moist and fluffy.

Surely a hit! Just did one thing different, while cooking them added few drops of Tabasco sauce ... Came out nice and delicious and had this wonderful aroma to it. I guess a few drops of soy sauce can also be added the next time.

Well firstly mine looked nothing like the colour of fries in the picture and they were not what I expected. They were a little sweet, which was expected but disappointing. Totally not recommend for people with any high expectations .

The sauce was delicious as per the recepie. I followed some other people who wrote that it's good to soak the lasagna noodles in hit water than boil it, well bad idea for me. I soaked the noodles in boiled water for 50 mins and my husband complained they were still chewy. I will surely beguiling them next time as per the recipe. I also felt that the ricotta cheese be more or less doubled to make it nicer and give it more creamy taste. I made three layers which was a good idea. It surely needed more cheeses( going by my adding another layer) overall not so bad but will make few changes next time. Also cook it morethan 25mins the first time with the foil on it( more like 28-30 mins at 375 and about 18-20mins on 350 else it'll start to burn the top and corners like mine). Overall not bad but not what I was hoping for going by the reviews and all.
