Porkolt (Hungarian Stew) Made With Pork
Made this tonight with a few changes and it was fabulous. I used cubed pork chops instead of whole, and ended up sauteeing the whole thing in one pan. Omitted the beef broth for a thicker sauce, and doubled the amount of bacon (because I needed to use some up!) I used authentic smoked Hungarian paprika, which definitely added the robust flavor that makes this dish so unique and flavorful. Definitely give this one a try!

E-Z Drop Biscuits
Super easy recipe, and super yummy biscuits! They took about 15 minutes total to throw together, I added the cheese and omitted the tartar, and they turned out perfectly fluffy, moist, and golden on the outside. Delicious recipe - so much better (and cheaper!) than buying canned biscuits!

Real New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp
Delicious! I searched for this recipe after watching the Man vs. Food episode for New Orleans, and wanted to try the recipe. I did end up cooking the shrimp without their shells on, only because I didn't want to get so messy having to take them off after cooking them in butter. They were still amazing, and with the help of a spoon, we still got tons of flavor!
