Broken Spaghetti Risotto

I have made my won version of Rice a roni this way with broken Spaghetti adding rice to it when browning he spaghetti. I prefer to make it from scratch this way to control the amount of sodium that goes into the dish

Fourth of July Potato Salad

I myself prefer tangy potato salads to sweet ones. Sounds a lot like one I make except I use deli mustard and add lots of dill pickles. I never add sugar or miracle whip which in my opinion is just nasty anyway.

Crunchy Bagel Chips

Country Brunch Skillet

My Grandmother made this all the time but she would use left over baked potatoes that she would cube and fry. She would also use sausage.

Whole Wheat Molasses Flat Bread

The bread was easy to make and came out nice with just a hint of sweetness. It was great hot out of the oven with melted butter and honey drizzled on it.

Easy Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies

I made these and they turned out perfect. I had to reduce the cooking time to 10 minutes cause the first batch I timed them for 13 and they came out over done. They have a good flavor and since I used crunchy peanut butter they have bits of peanut throughout.

Southwest Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

It is whipping cream not sour cream. Whipping cream is what whipped cream is before it is whipped. It can be found in the dairy section in half cartons You may substitute half and half for the whipping cream if you are not sure. Chicken and Wild rice soups tend to be creamy soups.
