Chocolate Mint Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2011
The cookies turned out alright, but ended up much harder than I would have liked even after decreasing the baking time.

Blueberry Oat Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2011
Great simple tasty fruit bar; received rave reviews when I brought some to work. I particularly like that you cook the fruit on the stovetop first, it makes it easy to use frozen berries without changing the bake time.

Bluebarb Pie

I liked the combination of blueberries and rhubarb, but this recipe called for WAY too much sugar.

Grilled Zucchini Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
Absolutely delicious. The garlic and pizza sauce help to cover up the flavor of the zucchini while the slices retain enough texture to serve as a "crust."

Beth's Orange Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2013
These were amazing. A very light cake-like cookie with a great flavor. They were delicious at every stage, fresh from the oven, frosted, and even several days later. I followed the recipe exactly. When it came to the frosting there were only a few cookies that I didn't have enough to frost (although, I suppose there would have been more if I hadn't eaten so many while they were warm). The recipe does produce a lot of cookies so be prepared to share and then have several requests for the recipe.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2013
I was looking for something more than your traditional dinner roll and I found it. This bread is best fresh when the inside is still soft and the outside is hard and chewy. I will say though, think about what the instructions are saying before following them. I followed the instructions to a T and after putting a damp cloth over the formed rolls all that happened is they all stuck to the cloth and I had to reform all of the rolls. Still kicking myself for doing that.
