I didn't have strawberry jelly, so I used half raspberry preserves and half grape jelly, and it tasted great. I also used 1/4 tsp ground mustard for a double recipe of sauce instead of regular mustard since I didn't have any. I used 3/4" boneless pork chops...browned 2 minutes on each side and turned down to medium to cook for the 10 minutes. I also just mixed the sauce ingredients, then poured some over the chops while cooking, and spooned some on top before serving. I did turn the chops during the last minute or two so they would cook evenly. Tasted great...very easy, sweet, and tender.
