Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

Love this soup. Only things I changed was I used a red wine instead of sherry because that is what I had. And browned the onions. Fantastic soup!

Tuscan Sausage and Chard Soup

This is a really good recipe. I actually doubled it. And used original Bob Evans sausage, 3 cloves of garlic and some salt, and chicken broth instead of the water and bouillon because it was what I had. I added a tad of Merlot to it. It was really very good. Even my kids (3 and 7) ate it.

EZ Meatloaf

This was one of the best meat loafs I have made. But I made a few changes to mine. I also used stove top for chicken. Instead of water I used milk. And added about a 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. I also used chili sauce to top instead of the pasta sauce. I also cooked it in muffin time. I love that there was no grease.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

Delicious! Seasoned the pork with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Then put it in the crock pot and in 4 hours it was done perfect. Turn the pork after 2 hours and made sure to baste a few times. Love this recipe.
