Made home made BBQ sauce when I was first married, I mistakenly put in 1/4 black pepper. The recipe only called for 1/4 teaspoon black pepper!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
Wasn't too bad for a yeastless crust. I did modify the recipe a bit. Instead of oregano I used Italian seasoning. I followed one reviewer's suggestion and added 1/2 tbls baking powder, 1 1/2 tbls water & 1 tbls olive oil and only used 1 egg. I used a cooking stone, oiled the edge of the crust with garlic butter and it turned out perfect. Will make this one again.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns
Very good recipe! Turned out perfect! I was lazy and used onion powder instead of the onion and mixed in freeze dried chives for color. Next time I will add cayenne pepper in the mix for more flavor & zip.

Foolproof Rib Roast
It turned out great. I did read the other reviews and I did it exactly as the directions stated but added an additional 10 minutes to the "warm up" time in the oven after the three hours were up. Using a meat thermometer takes the guess work out of the meat if you want it medium rare, etc. I had a 6 1/2 pound boneless standing rib roast.
