i've tried a whole fillet wraped in phyllo ,putting a line of green pesto,line of red pesto ,with a line of feta in the middle

wonderful ,just dont use fat and sodium free chicken stock,as you end up having to add a bunch of salt to taste ,i added cream cheese and curry powder yummy
