Easy Peach Cobbler

I made this for my daughter (the only peach lover in the house) she loved it! The rest of the family enjoyed it and asked me to make it next time with apples...it was very easy, but like others, I cut the cream cheese into the cake mix..next time I will leave it out completely. Thanks!

Chicken Tortilla Soup III

This recipe was simple and good. It is difficult for me to get my husband to try anything new but when he came into the house he told me how great dinner smelled and he looked forward to trying it. After dinner he said that it tasted as good as it smelled. I will be making this recipe again. Thanks!

Baked Fish Dinner For Two

The fish needed to be blackened or some type of flavor added to it. The same with the vegetables. This was easy to make, but very bland tasting, not much flavor.
