Quick to prepare and tasted great. I was afraid it may be too sweet when I made the sauce but it was perfect. I used the larger sized meatballs so the next day, I served it over rice and made it a meal... very good!

Candied Sweet Potatoes

This was very easy and very good. I read most of the reviews and based on the suggestions, I cut the brown sugar to 3/4 cup. The next time I make this, I will use the full amount in the recipe rather than cut in half. I recommend this!

Monster Cookies VI

I had to substitute baking powder for baking soda the first time because I didn't have any. I used baking soda the 2nd time... tasted much better with baking powder. These cookies are to die for!!!

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

I made this dip for a Cinco de Mayo party and ended up leaving with half of it left. Half of the guests enjoyed it enough to ask for the recipe. I thought it was pretty good, but my taste prefers the traditional spinach dip.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Very good. I am not a root beer fan but you can't really taste it. We add sauce at the table rather than stirring it into the crock pot, it keeps the consistency that we like that way.

Famous Pork Chops

This is my go-to recipe for pork chops, the whole family loves it. I have used both butter crackers and saltines, we prefer saltines. Also, I use maybe 1/8 cup butter at the most. I slice it thinly and drop throughout the pan... a stick of butter is unnecessary and way too much. Delicious!

The Best Banana Bread

This turned out really good. Based on the recommendations, I did 1/2 brown sugar, 1/2 white sugar. I was looking for a richer banana bread, but until I find that recipe, I will keep using this one. It's delish.

Raspberry Cream Muffins

This was a good muffin, although something was missing... it kind of tasted a little biscuit-y. Family enjoyed it though. If I make this again, I will save the time of chopping the white chips and just leave them whole.
