Spicy Orange Teriyaki Marinade
I recently canned some orange marmalade and was looking for ways to use it in my cooking. I am so glad I found this recipe! I made it as directed just a few changes. I had fresh pineapple in the fridge so I used that instead of canned. To make up for the pineapple juice I was lacking, I added some orange juice. I did a quick stir fry with fresh broccoli, water chestnuts and chunks of chicken breast. I put that over brown rice and topped it with this amazing sauce. Even my 16 year old nephew ate this. I can't wait to make it again...have a pork tenderloin in the freezer just waiting!

Cheater's Apple Strudel
Just Made this and KNEW I would love it so I made a double batch of the filling. I used chopped pecans since I didn't have almonds. Also-I guess my baking sheet wasn't long enough so I had a rectangle of dough left over. No sweat though-I made a mini one right along side the big one! The parchment paper helped me a lot when rolling it up as I think I let my puff pastry sheets get too warm. All in all-very good recipe. I put the rest of the filling in the freezer but I'm betting it won't stay there long! Thank you for posting this.

Brownie Frosting
This turned out awesome. It got rave reviews from everyone who tried it. I have made it several times now. Today I wanted to take brownies to work and knew I didn't have enough chocolate chips so I decided to try it with the butterscotch chips I had in the freezer. It took a little bit more mixing once I added the chips but turned out just as well. The people at work could not get enough of them! I used a wisk to get the chips mixed in well-the spoon didn't seem to be doing the job. Thanks for posting this recipe!
