It is just okay. I too was surprised by all the high ratings. It is extremely easy to make, which is why I gave it 2 stars, but the flavors just don't work. Most likely will not make this again.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Cranberry Crumb Pie

Went over really well for thanksgiving. Everyone loved it, even the kids. Not too hard to make. Used fresh cranberry recipe instead of can. Will make this a tradition every year.

Yum! Use half splenda and half sugar. Came out great. Wish I would have doubled the batch. Used the left overs one whole wheat pancakes with whip cream! My husband and kids could not stop eating it. Worth making and using in recipes such as cheesecake. Thanks. Simple is always good.

Rich Italian Sausage and Potato Soup

Great! Will be eating this again. Did not have bacon on hand and used smoked ham and cut it into small pieces and browned it on the stove. Also used Italian ground sausage and let it simmer in the stock before putting the potatoes in. Doubled the potatoes as well, and used a cup or more of half and half. YUM, YUM, YUM! My husband could not stop eating, nor I. Thanks for a great recipe. Kale is the added bonus in this soup.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Yum, Yum, Yum. Great recipe. I think this is my favorite recipe I have tried. I used whole wheat flour and added extra s. cream and it turned out great. This will be one I use over and over.

Mozzarella Basil Bread

Excellent! Easy to make. Gobbled this up in one meal with family. We are already making this again because the family was craving. Used fresh herb the first time, will try dry this time to see the difference. Thanks for sharing. I did half wheat/white for mine.
