I listened to reviews and left our dried onions-mistake. I did put mix in food processor after browning to make it softer consistency. Didnt bake, just froze then reheated in microwave. YUM!

Burnt my mouth cause I couldnt wait to taste, smelled too good cooking! Perfect as is, I only added crushed tortilla chips for serving to give a little crunch to the bite.

Frosty Freezer Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
very light and cool, perfect for sumer picnic dessert. Made pie with about half of filling, froze solid, and also froze rest of filling in container. When pie was frozen, put layer of fudge sauce, and scooped rest of filling on top and smoothed it out to make a mile high pie

Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2011
this is always an easy go-to dessert I've been making for years. Only difference is I add sliced banana on bottom layer and when I can find it, substitute banana cream pudding for vanilla pudding mix.

Fruity Frozen PHILLY Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2011
YUM! And so easy! Used the strawberries instead, just make sure to chop up, slicing the berries wasnt enough. As I'm finishing up my second slice, it occurred to me this filling would make delish popsicle too!!!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
This was great except for the long wait in the fridge till we could try it! Little more dense than the cheesecake I normally make, next time might add 2C sour cream before adding choc mixture. I also used raspberry preserves with seeds with no problems! On my make often list!

Bloody Broken Glass Cupcakes

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
didn't make cupcakes - just playing around with the glass part of recipe. Was very easy, only took about 15 min to get to hardcrack stage, and broke apart just like my livingroom window did! Might try to find a way to incorporate it into house decorations, costumes, possibilities endless!

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
Too much tomato taste, might leave out tomate juice (that's the tomato taste I dont like, came thru too strong) Maybe more canned tomatoes, beef broth and maybe just a little tomato paste. Okay, I can eat this 2x a day, let the pounds start falling off!
